AE2026 is organized as a two-stage submission conference, designed to
encourage early discussion of research ideas while maintaining high publication quality.
Stage 1 – Abstract Submission
Authors are first required to submit an extended abstract (A4 format) describing
the topic to be presented at the conference. The abstract should clearly outline
the research motivation, objectives, methodology, and main results. The abstract
may include figures, graphs, or illustrations where appropriate.
Based on the submitted abstract, the Program Committee evaluates the relevance
and quality of the proposed contribution and decides on the acceptance of
the topic for presentation at the conference. Accepted abstracts are assigned
either an oral presentation or a poster presentation.
After abstract acceptance, authors may register for the conference and participate
in the event.
Stage 2 – Full Paper Submission (Proceedings)
Authors whose contributions are accepted for presentation are invited to submit
a full paper for the conference proceedings by the specified deadline prior to the
conference (see Important Dates).
Accepted and presented papers will be:
- published in the electronic conference proceedings, and
- submitted to IEEE Xplore for publication and indexing, provided that the paper is
presented at the conference and all IEEE requirements are met.
Only papers that are both accepted and presented at the conference will be
eligible for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
Based on the experience from previous years, the conference proceedings are expected
to be indexed in Web of Science and Scopus.
