Call for papers:	Prospective authors are invited to submit electronically 4-page papers in English. The papers should report original work and applied ideas, including experimental results. All papers will be reviewed. Each accepted paper will be published in the conference Proceedings. The papers have to be presented at the conference. The AE Proceedings will be submitted in the IEEE Xplore® database. The AE Proceedings will be submitted to the ISI Web of Knowledge database. The organizers reserve the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference. The conference language is English.
